Grand Opening: Guelph Net Zero Energy Home First Built in National Demonstration Project

Constructed by Reid’s Heritage Homes, the house is the first completed as part of a national demonstration project to prove that Net Zero homes can be built on a community-level scale. The goal is to make Net Zero Energy homes-which produce as much energy as they consume on an annual basis-fully accessible and affordable to all Canadians.
